Home delivery
The price includes one delivery attempt, fuel and toll costs, Viber or email notification, a courier call, delivery change or correction, and call-centre support.

Direct delivery to a pickup location
The shipment is held at the pickup location for three working days. 24/7 access applies only at locations that provide it.

Business parcel collection
Available to contracted customers registered in the application. Collection can be ordered in the application or through support.

Returns and additional services

Limits and insurance
- Maximum shipment weight: 31.5 kg.
- Maximum length: 200 cm.
- Maximum girth: 360 cm, calculated as length + 2 Ã width + 2 Ã height.
- Standard insurance covers value up to 700 EUR.
- ADR shipments are not accepted.
If the recipient does not respond, a home-delivery shipment is held for seven working days.
